I am the Manager of Design and Multimedia for Valador, Inc. in Herndon, VA. I've created community-savvy federal websites, designed visualization software for NASA, and worked on documents presented to the U.S. President.

I am currently the community manager for LAUNCH.org

My job is to communicate complex concepts using the best options available. I've used video games, websites, infographics, and social media campaigns to inform and empower communities. I seek to create the future with an inspired pool of people interested in changing the world.

My Current Job

I oversee a design staff that is responsible for creative design, marketing strategy development, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) development. My department is heavily involved in research and development.

I develop social media strategies for outreach using Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, Vimeo, YouTube, and iTunes. I have managed social media campaigns, developed federal infographics, designed annual reports, and created data visualization software for a variety of clients including the Department of Defense, the West Virginia High Technology Consortium, and NASA.

I am a member of the Valador Software Engineering Process Group and IT Change Control Board.
